  • Returns and Warranty Policy

    Warranty

    If our merchandise is found to be defective in manufacture and a written claim is made within three days of delivery, it will be repaired or replaced. Because of the variety of uses, however, except for such repair or replacement, it is sold without warranty or other liability of any kind. Goods are not returnable without permission. There will be a restocking fee. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at (905) 567-2541 for a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. All sales are final.

    Shipping Loss and Shipping Damage

    DisplayPoint carefully inspects and packs all merchandise before shipping. We are not responsible for the replacement of goods or freight expenses of products that are damaged in transit. Customer assumes responsibility of the goods once it leaves our premises. Shipping loss and shipping damage claims must be made to the carrier.
